Privacy Policy

We keep data collection limited to what the service needs to work:

• Account information — your email address and authentication identifiers. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information Google shares for sign-in.
• Payment-related information — handled by our payment provider. We store subscription status, plan and customer/subscription references, never full card numbers.
• Generated content — the product images you upload and the headlines, ad copy, calls to action and generated creatives saved to your account.
• Usage and credit information — how many generation credits you have used and remain, plan limits and timestamps of generations.
• Basic technical information — request metadata such as browser type, approximate time of access and error diagnostics needed to keep the service reliable and secure.

• To create and maintain your account and keep you signed in.
• To generate, store and display the advertisements you request.
• To meter credits and enforce plan limits.
• To process subscriptions, renewals and cancellations through our payment provider.
• To diagnose errors, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
• To send service-related messages such as email confirmation and password resets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploads for advertising targeting.

Authentication is handled by our managed backend provider. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes by that provider — AdForge AI never sees your password. You may reset your password at any time from the sign-in screen, and you can delete or stop using your account by contacting support.

Subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Card details are entered directly with that provider and never reach AdForge AI servers. We receive and store only the identifiers and status information needed to know which plan is active, when it renews and whether it has been cancelled.

When you generate an advertisement, the product image and the details you enter (product name, description, audience, key message and format) are sent to our AI providers so they can produce ad copy and creative. Those providers process the content to return a result. We do not submit your content for public display unless you explicitly opt into a showcase feature.

AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing any advertisement before publishing it.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your session and secure form submissions. We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking these essential cookies will prevent sign-in from working.

Account information, saved advertisements and credit records are retained while your account is active. Deleting an advertisement removes it from your library and its stored image. Billing and subscription records may be retained longer where required for accounting or legal obligations. If you ask us to close your account, we delete or anonymise your content within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

Access to your data is restricted at the database level so that each account can only read its own advertisements, credits and subscription records. Uploaded and generated images are stored in private storage scoped to your account. Traffic is encrypted in transit. No online service can promise absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password.

We rely on a small number of processors to operate: a managed backend/database and authentication provider, a payment provider for subscriptions, AI model providers for generation, and hosting/content-delivery infrastructure. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can review and download your generated advertisements at any time from your account. For any other request, contact us using the details on our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

AdForge AI is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use AdForge AI after an update means you accept the revised policy.
