Terms of Service

By creating an account, generating an advertisement or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you are using AdForge AI on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AdForge AI is a software service that uses artificial intelligence to generate advertising copy and creative from a product image and the details you provide. Generated advertisements are saved to your account, where you can review, edit, regenerate, download or delete them.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Generation is metered in credits. Each plan includes a credit allowance for the billing period. A successful generation consumes one credit; if a generation fails, the credit is returned. Credits are tied to your account, are not transferable, have no cash value and do not accumulate indefinitely — unused credits expire at the end of the period unless a plan states otherwise.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider until cancelled. Prices shown may exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout and may appear on your invoice. You authorise recurring charges for the plan you select. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be reduced or paused until payment succeeds. See our Refund Policy for refunds and cancellation effects.

Use AdForge AI only for lawful advertising of products and services you are entitled to promote, and only with content you have the rights to upload.

• Uploading content you do not own or have permission to use, including third-party trademarks, logos or photographs.
• Generating deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise unlawful material.
• Creating advertisements for illegal products or making false claims (for example unsupported medical, financial or performance claims).
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to bypass credit metering, rate limits or authentication.
• Reselling or redistributing the service itself, or sharing a single account across separate businesses.
• Uploading malware or interfering with the reliability or security of the service.

Output is produced automatically by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, factual errors, awkward text or visual artefacts. Similar output may be generated for other users. AdForge AI does not review generated advertisements and makes no promise that output is accurate, original, compliant with advertising or platform rules, or suitable for publication. You must review and, where relevant, seek legal or professional advice before publishing.

AdForge AI and its software, design, branding and documentation remain our property. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use the advertisements you generate for your own commercial and marketing purposes. We claim no ownership over your uploads or the advertisements generated for your account.

You retain ownership of the images and text you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content to our AI and infrastructure providers solely to operate the service for you. You confirm you have all necessary rights and consents for the content you upload, including for any people shown in it.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, and generation may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages or capacity limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific generation speed or quality.

You may stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription from your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service or create legal or security risk. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give notice first.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdForge AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or losses arising from advertisements you publish. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

We may modify the service and update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, announced in the app. Continuing to use AdForge AI after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the competent courts of Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
